Rates

My rate is $120 per 60-minute session if you are private pay. You can use VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

If you live in Arizona and have health insurance coverage through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of AZ, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMW, Oscar Health, or Oxford, your rate may be much lower—just your co-pay (for some, after the deductible is met).

If not, you may wish to check with your employer to see if you have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits. If so, you would pay me directly, and ask me for a “superbill,” a kind of receipt. I can email it to you, and you can use it to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
